We charge for shipping for insurance and tracking. We offer multiple shipping options for you to choose from, and local pickup if you are in the area. (Before we print the shipping label, if we see on our end that a different shipper than the one you choose has a sooner estimated arrival date, we will use that shipper if there are no additional fees.) If you need it faster than the choices offered, let us know ahead of time, before purchasing, and we can make adjustments to shipping to accommodate. Item/items must be paid for within 4 business days, or the order will be canceled.
We are a liquidation retail store, and sometimes we get items in that do not sell in our brick and mortar storefront. We do our best to figure out all the details of an item. If the item has an identification tag, we will use that to identify and describe the item, but sometimes we have to use Google to figure out what the item is and for.
