The Avengers #60 Vol. 1 (1963) 1969 Marvel Comics. Wedding of Wasp and Yellow Jacket. 

This issue features a great storyline written by Stan Lee and Roy Thomas, and the incredible artwork of John Buscema. The comic includes appearances by a wide range of beloved characters, including Hawkeye, Captain America (Steve Rogers), Vision, Black Panther, Yellow Jacket, and has cameos of the X-Men and Fantastic Four. Guest villains appearance of the Circus of Crime. 

I'm not a comic grader. However, will guess as Fine Plus to Very Fine. Maybe better.

The comic cover is attached. Comic cover has shine. Comic does lay flat. The Comic Front cover and Back cover are clean. Please refer the pictures. 

Note: The comic book has light edge wear on corners, not the spine. The Front and Back cover has a light tan shadow at top. A mild bend along the spine. Please refer the pictures.
