All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. 

Removal of tags and/or labels will qualify the hat as being worn. 

Selco Hatters is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
