Here is a minitower PC sold by Dell in 2022 as an affordable home or small office system.  It is in its original configuaration.  I have wiped the SSD and the hard drive, and performed a clean install of Windows 11 Home from the image Dell kept on the SSD.  I used this system with my own Microsoft account, then erased the SSD again and started the Windows 11 installation again.  When you receive it, it will boot and get to the screen shown in the last picture, so you can enter your details.
