Technical Data:
✔️ Substrate: acrylic primers, epoxy primers, cleaned and matt old painted surfaces,
✔️ The paint should be mixed with a dedicated base thinner in a ratio of 1:0.7 (add 0.7L of thinner to 1L of base)
✔️ Application:
• Apply 2 - 3 coats of base at intervals of 5 - 10 minutes to cover the element,
• Spray gun nozzle 1.2 - 1.4 mm,
• Operating pressure 1.8 - 2.2 bar,
✔️ Conventional base coats can be applied with all types of clear coats: LS, MS, HS, and VHS. It only depends on our choice. The paints are produced according to the manufacturer's numbering, and they are always mixed with the most popular variant, known as the base. Therefore, compatibility with original elements may not be perfect.
Therefore, we recommend conducting a trial spray to verify color match and avoid shade differences related to:
• age of the paint
• large variety of shades within the same color range imposed by the manufacturer
• painting technology (proper setup and equipment usage)
• using products from different manufacturers (we recommend using products from the same manufacturer's range)
