This is a handmade deep pocket, simple but functional apron I designed to fit my gardening tools.   The fabric is duck (canvas) and is very durable, as well as washable.  I reinforced the pocket seams to be able to hold tools.  

The ties measure 83" from tip to tip (including the waistband).  Each of the 3 deep pockets across the front of the apron measures 6" wide x 9" deep.  The outside edges and the ties are topstitched for more support.
