Cover has the "NEW STAR" foil sticker on the front and a SUPER RARE "Promotional Not For Sale" stamp on the back- Cover is EXCELLENT w/NO splits !!!. Vinyl is in VG condition, SUPER CLEAN labels w/PROMO sticker . Correct inner dust sleeve-Super rare package !!
