All orders originating from the UK mainland have free shipping regardless of item or quantity ordered and orders with a value of over £15 are automatically sent tracked with our courier service.
Orders placed before 2PM normally dispatched same day.
We accept all returns requested or sent within 30 days
of the orders expected arrival date, regardless of the
reason for the return. We may accept returns of orders
older than this under certain circumstances. It is the
customers responsibility for any carriage costs incurred
in returning the order to us unless the item is
incorrect, damaged or defective.
You can cancel
your order at any point before it has been shipped by
contacting us and requesting a cancellation. Once an
order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please note
some orders may have been shipped several hours before
they are marked as dispatched.
