Phone Require:
***Do Not insert the sim card into any Simple Mobile or Tracfone device if you don't want to take risk of losing the promotion discount.
Non Compatible: Simple Mobile or Tracfone phone that buying Walmart, Bestbuy, Amazon...etc.
Compatible: Any T-Mobile unlocked phone or carrier unlocked phone with 4G LTE will work.
Any Verizon Compatible phone will require to provide its IMEI to double check compatibility.

If not receive your message of preference on TMobile or Verizon Network sim card, we will ship out TMobile Network sim card.
Provide your IMEI (Press *#06#) along with your order. Please provide IMEI of the phone that going to use the service or risk of not able to get to work.
Message us IMEI after you placed your order. We need that information to decide whether sending out Verizon or T-Mobile network sim card. Without IMEI, we will only send out T-Mobile network sim card.
Info you need to be aware:
If your phone is not purchased within the US, many phone doesn't work with Verizon network. Most iPhone that is purchased in the US can work with Verizon network, other phone model will need check IMEI to confirm the compatibility.

Activate Your Service:
***NEW: Require a IMEI matching the device going to use with the sim card.
Unless you request to activate with eSim, Otherwise read the following.
Upon arrival you will get a blank sim card. You will require to message us or whatsapp your sim card number, IMEI number and zip code for activation. Random phone number will be assigned.
You may also message us to schedule your activation date, so we can schedule in advance. Please allow us to activate your service within business hours 10:30am to 7pm. Request may take up to couple hours to be handles and responds.
Do Not activate sim card by yourself or simple mobile APP or support.
Do Not refill by yourself until finish using our promotion months.
Do Not make any plan setup change which could cause to lose your purchased credit and service.
You will need to address all technical question, such as Internet coverage, devices support, APN setup etc... to Simple Mobile support for faster response, dial 611. We can only help to confirm your initial activation status question.
Fast Shipping:
Sim card will be delivered by USPS OR UPS which take approx. 2-3 business days to deliver with tracking number. Actually deliver time will be varied.
Order placed before 3PM EST gets shipped out the same day, orders placed after 5PM EST gets shipped out the next business day.
Refund Policy:
This is going to be a non-refundable order because the shipping cost is already more expensive than the products. If you find an order is placed by mistake, please message us as soon as possible and we may be able to cancel the order before it is being sent out. Otherwise, we can't issue any refund.
