Condition:  Estate find - previously owned.  It is in the original sleeve/envelope.  The sleeve/envelope has some creases and minor wear.  All calendar pages are intact with little to no wear, no tears or dog-eared pages.  Colors are wonderful.  Please see photos as they are part of the condition.  Thank you.
