Our shipping is provided thru USPS shipping services.

If you want a signature requirement for your package, Please let us know prior to paying. We will add a Fee charge on the invoice in the shipping section and send you the new invoice, this charge covers the cost that USPS charges for this service.

Tracking information will be added to the eBay order upon the item being shipped from our facility.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, Please hold the item, packaging, and contact us immediately thru eBay messaging. All shipping claims must be approved by the carrier before a refund can be issued.

Please contact us thru via eBay messaging BEFORE opening a case against us which will only delay the return/refund process.
