1853 P Seated Liberty Half Dime- with Arrows, Fine, From An Estate Collection

In 1853 the mint decreased the weight of silver in the half dime from 1.34 grams to 1.24 grams. Arrows were added as a way to express this change: on the left and right of the date you can see the arrows. Kind of a unique marking on US mintage.
