We use FedEx exclusively for shipping. Most items are hand packed in house. We pack each item differently depending on size, weight, shape, etc. Your item will be packed as if we were sending it to ourselves. You will not be disappointed with our packing skills. We use Kinko's FedEx or a private packing service for excessively large and heavy items
We will only ship to a legitimate street address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA (48 States.)
Your item will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days after receiving payment. A confirmation email will be sent when your item has been shipped.
Fedex ground takes anywhere from 2-8 working day's for delivery, depending on your location in relation to ours. Please have patience. As previously stated, I send out a confirmation email the day your item is shipped. We have no control over FedEx. I promise you, it will get there! 
All items are cleaned and disinfected on the exterior before photo's are taken and again before shipment unless stated in my auction. You won't receive any dirty, smelly, smoke stained items from this seller. We do not open up working units to inspect or to clean.
Under no circumstances will an auction be terminated early, it is unfair to my fellow Ebayers and to the seller.
