The first one is a 6" tall plush figure dated 1988 and the second is a 5" tall x 5" wide hard vinyl bendy dated 1989. Both are fully licensed and were made by Applause. Both are in wonderful un-played with condition and just came out of their original counter display boxes....BOXES ARE NOT INCLUDED...JUST THE 2 FIGURES!...
