Even for a brand which isn't known for very adventurous product names, the 2 Compartment Day Pack is pretty matter-of-fact even by BEAMS Plus standards. That's fine by us though, especially when it comes to backpacks – a practical name befits a practical item.

The body for this bag is constructed from durable nylon weave, we're not sure on the rating but there's enough density and thickness to make us think this will be ready for almost anything you can throw at it. As the name suggests there's two main compartments with zippers, but you also get two external open pockets with shock cord toggles to secure something like a water bottle.

The padded shoulder straps feature nylon webbing which allows for other attachments, including the removable chest strap for day when you're lugging around more than normal. Externally there's several extra portage options thanks to a few webbing loops and leather patches that can have straps threaded through for carrying more gear outside of your bag.
