These 3 boards were taken from a non working tv.  FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING

When tv is plugged  into wall outlet (110 volts)..  VA was measured at 54 volts and VS measured at 201 volts on power supply and when powered on unit shuts down.

TV was disassembled after checking VA and VS voltage
