Partial Set of BLACK PALEKH PLAYING CARDS  ( ORIGINAL , 1937 ) , CHROMOLITHOGRAPHY PRINTS

The uniqueness of these playing cards is that the multi-color (up to 36 colors) image was made by the lithographic printing method, and with perfect color matching - with the complete absence of superimposed different colors on each other.  To achieve this, a set of special lithographic stones was made for each card.

Therefore, it is difficult to see in the image the peculiar dotted texture of the pattern, which is inherent specifically to chromolithography.

The partial set contains 46 cards, i.e. 6 cards are missing. In addition, the joker is also missing. The cards come without a box.
