Vintage 1939 Remington Remette serial number Co 255886 small Portable Typewriter with very nice black textured finish and very nice black keyboard. The typewriter has few signs of wear and types very well. The keys strike and return and the carriage advances as you type. The typewriter has the original platen and feet. The paper feed, backspace, new ribbon, ribbon feed, chrome and graphics are all good. Original spools. Very clean. The front feed rollers have been replaced. The case is in good solid condition as you can judge from the pictures. The typewriter measures 11 1/2”x 11 1/2” x 3 1/2” and the case measures 14” x 13” x 5. No PO Boxes.
