Up for sale is a very nice 2004 Ibanez S470DXQM featuring a BEAUTIFUL Natural quilt top body. I have owned this guitar since new and have done my best to take good care of it. Everything is in good working order including all electronics, neck, tuners, and bridge. The guitar sounds wonderful especially considering a very nice upgrade...the sought after V2, S2, and V2 pickup system. These pickups have outstanding clarity both clean and dirty. It should be mentioned that they are wired so that the 5-way switch works exactly backwards (similar to a Hamer archtop) as I prefer. Of course they can be reversed if you wish. The frets have some wear but still have plenty of life left. There is no buzzing or neck issues. There are no neck cracks. There are some very minor scratches on the front but almost impossible to see without very close examination. Although some players express some disliking to the ZR Tremolo system, I have found it to be absolutely trouble free and smooth to use.This guitar stays in tune extremely well, plays and sounds great. Included in the sale is a very nice brand new Gator gig bag offering very good protection of the instrument during transport. I ship only within the lower continental United States.
