I am offering a pair of the Audiophile Mid-1990s HD 545 Reference Headphones. These have a measured 160 Ohm Impedance and are effectively an HD 580 lookalike version of their predecessor and namesake, the HD 540 Reference (II) and they share much of the same Sonic traits. They will shine with a Good, powerful Desktop or Portable Amplifier, but they will play quite well from Portable Sources, due to their 108 dB @ 1mW Efficiency.
Given what they need, these will rival or even surpass most modern designs. They are capable of impressive Speed, Transparency, holographic Soundstaging and possess an unusually Rich Tone.
Pay no attention to the purported similarity with the HD 600.They are outright more Neutral and Accurate, especially in comparison with the HD 650. In Very Good Cosmetic condition overall and Technically flawless. Please read detailed description above.
