This is a sealed copy of Clock Tower for the PS1 graded at WATA 9.8, A+.  This copy is only one point away from a "perfect" WATA score of WATA 9.8, A++.  Please note that there are only five total 9.8 copies with any seal condition on WATA's December 2023 population report, with no WATA 9.8, A++ copies.  Accordingly, this copy is tied for the highest graded copy in existence.  There are no material defects with the box or seal as indicated by the 9.8 box and A+ seal grade.

This game is one of the most important survival horror games of all time and was incredibly influential on the genre.  It is also the first entry in the Clock Tower franchise.  Accordingly, it is a must have for collectors generally and for those of the PS1 generation.
