This is only for what is pictured. There are 2 different sized Khitai board game maps. The larger map is double sided with another setting and the smaller map just has a Conan design on the back. The scenario book is included.

First Map is very large - 23.5”x27.5” and folds into fourths for storage. The second map is half the size and only has a setting on one side.
