Vintage Sheridan Silver Plated Footed Ornate Butter Dish (No Glass Liner)

This butter dish is marked with the emblems of a Crown, S, and Shield.
Research leads me to believe this is by the Sheridan Silver Company.
This was found with my grandmother's silver plate serving pieces from United States Cruise Lines from the 1950s-1970s, but I am unsure if it was indeed used on one of the ships.

Length: 8-3/4", Width: 5", Height (w/Lid): Approximately 4" to the top of the finial.
Good vintage condition with only a few scratches due to regular use. Freshly polished.
NOTE: There is no glass liner. This is being sold AS IS.
