The item is brand new.  In one of the pictures it shows a little piece of plastic that broke off of one of the little fins on the back of the utility box.  You can see that little piece in the picture of the box with the lid open.  It doesn't effect the box at all, but I put it inside in case you want to try to put it back on.  Pictures are of the actual item you will receive.

Approximate outside dimensions are 13 1/2 x 9 x 7.  It comes with an adjustable shoulder strap.  The medium utility box measures  10 3/4 x 7 x 1 3/4, it will hold up to four medium utility boxes according to the information on the one large tag.  Please read that tag for more features.

I ship by any of the number of services offered by ebay.  Contiguous U.S.A. only.  Contiguous means the lower 48 states and D.C. only.  It DOES NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. territories. 

I am not able to ship on Saturdays, so if you buy one of my items on a Friday it will not ship until the following Monday (which I believe ebay shows as the ship date anyway).
