This is a watch featuring the Dr. Seuss character, The Cat In The Hat. This was purchased at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure park in 1999. The second hand on this watch is the Cat's bowtie, which spins, counting down the seconds. The watch has been used, but still looks in great condition, although the battery needs to be replaced.
