● Stand-alone 4-deck playback for diverse DJ play
The stand-alone 4-deck playback capability enhances the quality of music preparation and realizes a variety of DJ play. The stand-alone unit can be used to load the next song to be played in advance, or to leave a deck open in case a sudden request comes in. In addition, each deck can be assigned a favorite deck color, and the deck color and illumination are linked to each other so that you can instantly know which deck is being operated. This allows for reliable music production even in professional settings where mistakes are not tolerated.
● Abundant media support for a variety of DJ scenes
The USB-C port for PC/Mac connection enables connection to the latest devices. On the rear panel, there is a USB-A port compatible with the USB 3.2 standard that enables high-speed communication with large-capacity storage devices such as SSDs, and two standard USB-A ports on the top panel that are compatible with USB storage devices. In addition, it is equipped with Wi-Fi functionality, which enables DJ play using the rekordbox CloudDirectPlay (a feature available to subscribers to the paid Creative and Professional plans) and rekordbox for iOS and Android (to be supported in April 2023) DJ play using the rekordbox for iOS/Android (to be supported in April 2023) functionality. It also supports Bluetooth audio input, enabling playback of music from smartphones.

A 10.1-inch touch display with an electrostatic touch module is used. This enables smooth operation and improved browsing of a wide range of functions that enhance the quality of song selection, including PLALYLIST BANK, which allows quick navigation between playlists, TOUCH PREVIEW, which enables preview playback of songs while browsing, and keyboard search. The newly developed joystick-type SMART ROTARY SELECTOR with left/right and up/down push operation and browse-related controls concentrated around the joystick enable intuitive song selection without moving the hand position, making song selection faster and more reliable than ever, even with a huge library. ● Deck layout and new SMART CUE function for intuitive DJ play
The OPUS-QUAD features a deck layout for more intuitive DJ play. The deck display is located above the left and right decks, and the eight HOT CUE buttons are positioned directly below the deck display. This allows for smooth playback without moving the eyes when operating the jogs, while checking information on the song currently playing on each deck and the parameters and status of each function. The new SMART CUE function* automatically overwrites the recalled HOT CUE with the CURRENT CUE, allowing quick and efficient one-touch head-up playback using the HOT CUE.
● When using the SMART CUE function, Overwrite Current Cue with Hot Cue must be turned on in the UTILITY setting in advance.
● High-quality sound that creates the perfect atmosphere in any venue
In response to the diversifying DJ scene, we aimed to provide high-quality sound that is comfortable and familiar to the ear, no matter what kind of music is being played. In addition to a system configuration without audio transmission or AD-DA conversion that is unique to an all-in-one DJ system, the MASTER output section is equipped with a high-quality 32-bit high-quality D/A converter manufactured by ESS technology, which delivers a calm and gentle sound while maintaining high sound quality. It creates the best atmosphere at any venue.
● ZONE output for music production that matches each floor
OPUS-QUAD is equipped with a zone output that can output different sounds from the MASTER, allowing for different musical effects depending on the floor. For example, by combining with Bluetooth audio input, the OPUS-QUAD can be used for DJ play using USB on the main floor, and for background music input from mobile devices via Bluetooth on the sub-floor. The OPUS-QUAD is a single unit that can be used to create a complete musical performance that matches each floor.
● Plug & Play compatibility with DJ software "rekordbox" and "Serato DJ Pro
OPUS-QUAD is compatible with rekordbox's PERFORMANCE mode (Serato DJ Pro will be supported in summer 2023). There is no need to sign up for a paid subscription plan. Simply connect this unit to your PC/Mac with a USB cable, and you can immediately enjoy creative DJ play with a wealth of functions. You can also connect your smartphone to the mobile version of the "rekordbox for iOS/Android" application (scheduled to be compatible in April 2023) for DJ play.

By using this tool, the latest firmware can be automatically notified and downloaded by connecting a PC/Mac to the product via USB.
