This is a 13" tall centerpiece or console pedestal vase in olive green, hand-blown, MCM in style, with a hollow stem up to where it was attached to the bowl of the vase. The glass is a thick, heavy glass, and the piece weighs about 2 lbs 6 oz.

This is an estate find, from a collector of lovely vintage glass mainly from Italy and Romania. This piece is not marked so I can not definitively identify its origins. 

The base is 5 1/2" in diameter, The clear pedestal base extends up 3 3/4" from the table top.

There are some minor scratches here and there from handling over time, and tiny bubbles and marks from the time of production and from use.
