Smokey Bear Decal SBr. D5

SBr. D5 was published by the U. S. Forest Service for distribution in 1964.   This year this design had a smooth surface.  SBr. D6, the next year, had a rough surface with the same design.  The diameter is approximately 3 3/4 inches.
