Single piece custom made watch strap
The first strap sample ( 1st~13th photos ) was made: IWC Mark XV curved lug black leather strap, width 19x16mm, length 50x140mm, thick 5mm taper to 2.8mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.
The second strap sample ( 14th~23th photos ) was made: IWC MARK XV curved lug end padded grayish brown leather strap, width 19x16mm, length 55x150mm, thick 4.5mm taper to 2.5mm, match stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining.
PS: The 14th ~ 16th photos were taken by my customer which sent me the photos.
The selling item is one curve lug end padded leather strap, no including the watch and buckle.
No stock, only make to order.
Each strap sample could be made a new custom strap according to the specification of your custom strap order ( strap color and strap sizes ).
Both the curved lug end style and the padded style leather straps are the particularly difficult hand made watch straps.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded leather straps were made of some paper board pad.
But the middle layer of our padded leather strap was made of genuine leather board pad.
We pare the calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the leather strap.
After that, we glue together among the up side cow skin, the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together with waxed natural linen thread.
Our padded leather custom strap will be more durable and cheap than the OEM watch strap.
The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread. Please take a look at the last photo in which you can see our threads are the best.
The custom made curved lug end padded leather strap has a soft and durable British calf lining. It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.
Please take a look at the leather ring ( floating keeper ) in 21th photo.
Each leather rings of our watch straps were made of two layer of leather which were glued together and sewn very well.
Therefore, you don't have to worry about the damage of the leather ring of our watch strap.
