The Benson and Hedges Challenge (also known as "The Perth Challenge" or simply "Perth Challenge" was a one-off one-day international cricket tournament played at the WACA Ground in Perth, Western Australia from 30 December 1986 to 7 January 1987 as part of the 1987 America's Cup Festival of Sport.  Over seven matches, England won in the final against Pakistan by one run!

This is a great piece of cricketing history, and a great talking point.  The bat is available without the case, shipped to United States on 2 to 3 day service at £425.00.

I am offering this on behalf of an amateur cricket club, to raise funds to extend the pavilion to accommodate mixed junior and senior cricket. Provenance: This item was acquired at a charity auction during a Sportsman's Dinner event in Perth, Australia in the early 2000's by an ex-board member of the Australian Rugby Union, brought back to the UK, and subsequently donated to the cricket club.

Visit www.ebay.co.uk/str/southwoldart for more of my stock.

Items for sale here are mostly from my own accumulated collections, unless being offered on behalf of others. In my store you’ll discover old art, quirky antiques, and more general interesting and functional pieces.  Among the artworks there are a few newer pictures, East Anglian and Southwold associated subjects; both celebrated and lesser artists. The antiques lean towards quirky, folk-art, and "below stairs" country house or cottage pieces – and simply unusual items that have caught my eye.  They include furniture, metalwork, treen etc. Many sea-related items will deliver a 10% donation to the RNLI.

Dimensions stated are generally given in inches, and unless stated the prices mostly include packing and shipping within the UK mainland.  I can ship overseas - and have customers in Australia, the U.S. and across Europe.  Some items are offered through the GPS, but if they're not, just let me know where you are and I'll get a quote.

Note: I pack and ship pictures using professional custom-made wooden (not card-board) boxes - these take me a little time to prepare dependent on demand, but I'll do my utmost to meet your delivery requirements.
