This is a pad that can help

with several things. This mounts to the seat pan of the wheelchair in between where your legs will be. Some some seat bases will have the holes already others will have to be drilled. This has a pin that pulls out and the pad will swing down to help with transfers. This requires two hands to pull the pin and pull the pad back.
