Bgs I believe has mislabeled this, all o p c cards from this Era is Sheet cut,  these were NOT Cut by a second party.

This card as well as the joe sakic I have bgs 9   came from a factory sealed o pee chee vending case.

Over 8000 cards in this case are cut exactly like this.
