Male Blue Bird. GREEN jacket looks more grass green in pics, but is more lime green in person.

Female Blue Bird has damage. Chips on hat rim, salt residue, unknown imperfections on her side. 

Both have corks underneath. 

Blue birds, pink bellies.

I think these are Norcrest, Made in Japan but there are NO STICKERS and they are not marked by maker.
