Sim card and sim card ejector tool are not included. Imei is clean on all listings unless otherwise stated. We offer different variations of phones that will work with specified carriers. We only guarantee that the phone will work with the carrier you select from the carrier variation tab. The phone will NOT be unlocked when you select a specific carrier. GSM phones will NOT work with every carrier. GSM phones will work with some GSM carriers, BUT NOT ALL GSM CARRIERS, GSM Unlocked phones can be international models as well as US models; if you need a specific model, please ask before buying. Sometimes, to get internet data and picture messages (MMS) you have to set up APN settings that are specific to your carrier. You do not need to set up any settings for the original carrier; everything will work out of the box. If a specific carrier is selected, it is only guaranteed to work with that specific carrier. If you have any questions regarding APN settings or questions if this phone will work with your carrier, please do not hesitate to contact us. Do not assume that the phone will work with any carrier other than the one you select. If you need the phone to work with a specific carrier and it is not listed as an option, please email us and we will help you pick the correct phone. The grading of the phones is based on the condition of the screen. The sides, edges, and back can have more wear than the screen. Boost Mobile phones require a new SIM ("Bring Your Own Phone Sim Card Activation Kit"). Phones that require stylus come with a stylus that does not have Bluetooth feature on that stylus pen. Some discoloration/burnt images are possible on all phones.
