The Super Takumar lenses of the 1960s and 70s were legendary for their sharpness and correction. This lens is no exception. What it lacks in speed it makes up for in quality with well corrected optics that deliver premium images on film where post corrections are difficult. On digital the lens is a rockstar as well. The image in the gallery was made with this exact lens with an extension tube (not included) for super close focus.
