Naturally grown Eastern Red Cedar Trees - Juniperus Virginiana 5"-9" spring is coming!! These trees are still in their dormant state, and it is the perfect time of year to ship and plant these little trees. I do offer the chance for you to personally pick some out for whatever you are looking for.

You can help be a part of making this earth greener, and rescue one or more of these Eastern Red Cedar trees. All natural and organic! I am rehoming these from public roadways where they are to be mowed down. I offer lower prices because these are not nursery trees, but have grown and have been shaped by nature.

Some have amazing twists turns and are uniquely shaped for possible bonsai projects! Some are bushy thick and ready to be a part of a natural hedge, landscape, potted on your front porch. ****These are going into their beautiful winter red and do turn green through spring, are fully green in the summer, then late fall, when the frost hits, they turn red again. That's is why they are called Eastern Red Cedars. They may appear dead but when you run your hand over them (suggest gloves because they are prickly when they are little so deer don't eat them) you will see they are supple and alive, just reddish brown. The eastern redcedar grows in acidic, alkaline, loamy, moist, rich, sandy, silty loam, well-drained and clay soils. The tree can withstand occasional flooding yet has good drought tolerance.
