Or could be meant as a  Statement Sign. I doubt there are more than a few in existence. Approx. 11.75" x 8.75". Thick clear Vinyl looks like it has been screenprinted in Black Paint from a template. It will show whatever color it is laid on as a background, I used White. Has some age wear to the Vinyl, showing some faint spots and streaks, but as you can see from the photos, it doesn't affect the print. The Vinyl does not lay totally flat. Corners bumped, SEE ALL PHOTOS. She was the Art instructor at The Gross Point University School 1956-1958.
In 1963 Diana and her Husband Gerry opened the Gerald Bernard Art Gallery at 205 West North Ave in Chicago. The Gerald Bernard Gallery grew to become Up Down Cigar, still in business at 1550 N. Wells, Chicago.In 1991 she was elected as the first female president of the tobacco industry's retail organization RTDA. Diana and the Up Down received numerous industry awards over the 50 plus years in business.
