Orders usually ship within 3 BUSINESS days. I use a larger packaging envelope to help avoid lost USPS small packages plus it covers all zones since shipping cost goes by weight and zone (states).

I have a combined shipping discount but shipping price can slightly vary a tiny bit with weight of items.

I'm sorry, I don't have returns. 

If your package is lost by USPS, report to e-bay. If tracking confirms, there is a process for refunds. If item is damaged by USPS, I will send return label. Take package back to your USPS with all contents and let them know shipping insurance will be claimed from damage. Refund will be processed per Ebay guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: I do everything I can to keep rising postal costs in mind when pricing my items. I use my own materials, make my own labels and don't use e-bay's because I don't want to pass those costs/fees on to buyers.
