1. IT Distributors offers free shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States ONLY. We ship via ground services as standard, expedited shipping available upon request. Shipping fees apply for packages going to Alaska or Hawaii. We do offer international shipping. Please contact us for an accurate price quote. 

2. IT Distributors orders placed by 2PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will ship the same day. All orders after 2pm PST will ship the next business day (Monday - Friday) after payment is received. 

3. We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO.

Shipping Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped via the best method available depending on weight, value, contents, and delivery location. IT-Distributors Shipping Methods include, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx Ground. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method. We offer free shipping for specific shipping methods in select categories.

International Orders: We ship worldwide via DHL. International buyers acknowledge and understand that all import charges (Tax, Customs, Duty, Brokerage, etc) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
• You may return any unopened, unused item shipped by us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. 
• If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 30 business days of delivery.
• If the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned within 30 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), we will provide free return shipping.
• However, if your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage fee plus a restocking fee of 50% at IT Distributors sole discretion.
• Buyer will pay for the return shipping for non-defective items. If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any refund. Substantiated claims of defect, damaged, or "not as described" are eligible to receive waiver of this original shipping fee.
• Any items sold brand new, factory sealed will only be accepted if units are sealed and intact.
• Items which have been substantially altered from the original shipment, such as software installation or hardware changes, will not be accepted.
• All original packaging, equipment, and accessories must be returned. If anything is missing from the original shipment, IT Distributors reserves the right to return it to the buyer as-is with no refund.

• Returns requested due to configuration/compatibility issues, technical difficulties, manufacturer ending support, ordering error, or buyer remorse will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (calculated from purchase price) and buyer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
