Original souvenir program for the April 1970 German double bill tour of Count Basie and Ella Fitzgerald with the Tommy Flanagan trio. The tour was organized by the Lippmann+Rau agency. The program consists of a German and English text and multiple full size black & white photographs of the artists by Hans Harzheim.
! The program was signed on the inside by band members Harry Edison, Wayman Reed, Eddie Davis, Grover Mitchell, Bobby Plater, Freddie Green, Sonny Cohn, Harold Jones, Melvin Wanzo, Eric Dixon, Ed Thigpen and Tommy Flanagan !
Multiple press clippings are laid in. Previous owner has meticulously written all performed songs and solos on the first inner page, and underlined the names of the artists who signed the program.

Condition: Light wear along the spine. Most of the pages have loosened from its wrapper. It appears that at least one page is missing.
