Original Oil Painting of Texas Landscape

Updated in a Modern Hobby Lobby Wood Frame, I would guess from 2000's and up;
Not as solid wood as older ones from HL
Small bump in the frame finish at bottom of frame, possibly a nail almost poking through - pic 13

Everything cleaned up with Original Hanger and New Acid Free Backing. Ready to Hang Immediately.
Note: The paintings I have for sell are not being sold 'as found".
Many of the frames that come with these paintings are discarded due to condition or style.
I have a frame collection that I pick from and then take the time and effort to find a frame that goes with the painting.
Then it is all cleaned up and/or refurbished, with non-glare glass if required, and all new acid free materials.
If you want a painting in a dirty, old, nicked and scratched frame, then I am not the seller for you.
