Roller Blind Fabrics
As all our blinds are custom made to your specifications, we’ll require 2-3 weeks to manufacture your order. Once it is ready, we’ll dispatch it the next business day. Delivery will take another 2-7 business days depending on your location.
We’ll provide you the final postage costs at checkout, we offer Free Shipping to 95% of Australia. You will also be provided with tracking information when your order is picked up by the couriers.
We can deliver to any state in Australia. If you live in a remote location you may need to collect your order from the local dispatch centre. This is at the courier's discretion. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please get in touch and we can contact them directly before you order.
All of our blinds are delivered using freight companies, so we're unable to deliver these to a PO Box address. Samples are sent out via Australian Post, so for sample orders, a PO Box address can be used.
We know lost, damaged, or delayed parcels are frustrating. Speak to us and we will quickly help you out.
We're confident in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a free, 3 year extended warranty on all our blinds. We've enhanced the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty with an additional 2 years. Our guarantee is very straightforward with just the following conditions and exclusions:
- Accident
- Alteration
- Exposure to elements
- Misuse
- Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
- Fitted in a non domestic environment
- Normal wear and tear
- Normal fading of fabrics and dyes
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
As all of our products are custom made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. We will offer a replacement if your product is incorrectly manufactured or defective on arrival.
We ask that, within a period of 7 days following the delivery of goods, you examine the goods and notify us of any damage, defects or parts missing to the order (eg. blinds, slats, brackets or any other portion of the order). This will be evident once the packaging is open. We are not liable for marks, holes, scratches or defects on the fabric or product due to your misuse of the goods or general wear and tear, including where the goods have been subjected to your misuse, negligence, improper installation or improper cleaning.
If your goods are defective on delivery, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, depending on whether the defect is major or minor. Please contact us to discuss your options.
