I have here for sale a three volume set of books entitled THE COMPLETE ENGLISH FAMILY PHYSICIAN - Culpeper's Works Enlarged Corrected and Improved being a Botanical and Astrological Practice of Physic in Three Parts.  By Nicholas Culpeper with valuable additions and improvements by George Alexander Gordon.  Published by Alex Hogg, London in 1802 (frontispiece dated 1802).  Vol I has a lovely frontispiece showing a portrait of Culpeper and Red Lion House, Spitalfields where Culpeper lived, studied and died; volume III contains 209 botanical plates!

Bound uniformly in half dark green leather on dark green hardboards with gilt borders between the two.  Four wide gilt decorated raised bands to the spine, dark maroon leather title blocks with gilt lettering.  Boards in very good condition.  Plain brown endpapers, marbled page edges.  A few foxing spots sporadically.  Generally very clean and binding tight.  21 cm x 13 cm.

Postage will be by Air Mail outside of UK.  If you buy more than one item then the postage cost falls for the second and further items as I will put them into one parcel - so you save money. We wrap and post the parcels on Monday and Tuesday - therefore if you pay before midday on Tuesday we will get it in the postal sacks on Tuesday night, and if it is after that time then it will go into the postal service on the following Monday.
