This is a Mattel "Come to my Party" dress along with a Clownin' Around doll. Dress looks good with some minor wear... loop that goes around the button, in the back, is stretched out, clown is clean...no issues. I never had the blue bottoms, so I am including a pair of white ones. 🤗
