This is the Disneyland Club 33 Bettoni pen. This pen was made in the USA in 1999 and gifted to the members of the exclusive Club 33. It features an elegant silver and black design. 

This pen is brand new in its original metal case and never been used. 

Club 33 is the private, members-only club located above the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in New Orleans Square. It opened in 1967, and at the time was the only place in Disneyland that allowed alcoholic drinks.
