- Rug can’t not be washed at home.
- Don’t use heavy duty vacuum cleaner on the rug.
- All Rugs we offer are indoor Rug. Keep them away from direct sunlight.
- There may be some fluff initially which is from the dead fiber of Wool, Silk yarn which lies on the surface. Don’t worry, it will subside after few days.
- Don’t pluck any yarn coming off. Simply cut it using scissors.
- For any spill overs don’t try to clean it yourself. Please contact professional rug cleaners. In the meantime, pls use clean white cotton cloth or a high absorbing white paper/blotting paper and gently soak the liquid. Try to bring gently the liquid from outer ring to the center of the area where spillage has happened.
- Not all rugs are not pet friendly. Threads used in the rug are chemically dyed which is absolutely safe for skin however not recommended to be intake.
- If you want to store the rug for some time, it has to be rolled with 4-5 silica gel sachets placed inside the roll.
- If the rug has to go under the foot of furniture , it must be frequently rotated to avoid permanent mark due to weight of the furniture.
