Came out of grandparents estate. No idea what it is, but would be interested to learn. Measures 27cm long x 3.9cm wide.

It is strong and heavy. The hook part is 15mm so too narrow to hook over a door, but would hook onto plank of wood or thick metal/wire fence?

Holes look like key holes? You could store a screwdriver in the hole at the bottom.
