ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER CURB LINK POCKET WATCH CHAIN Albert Tbar dog clip PP

An antique sterling silver pocket watch chain with original T bar and dog clip.  Each link of the chain is stamped with the lion passant symbol for sterling silver and the T bar and dog clip are hallmarked with makers “PP” which I believe may be for Patton and Pepper?   please take a good look at the photos and see what you think.

The date letter is a “P” which according to the assay office dates the Albert to the 1870s era.

Condition:-  very good condition

Size:-  total length of the chain (including the section which goes beyond the T bar and includes the dog clip is 365mm.  Measured with a ruler the links are 6mm wide 7mm long and 3mm deep.

Weight:-  44g in total
