Governor Ratcliffe - The Governor, is giving someone the "evil eye" as he stands with one foot on a stump resting his sword in the stump.  He is brightly dressed in his hot pink outfit.  The base is incised with the words Disney. Licensed by The Walt Disney Company. Made of hand painted earthenware.  Issued in 1995.
