The 3 wives who signed are: Hortense Cooper (wife of Prentice Cooper, who served 1939-45; she died 2017), Betty Dunn, and Martha Sundquist. 

The 4 adult children who signed are: Frank Clement, Jr. (son of Frank Clement, who served divided terms (1953-59 and 1963-1967), Ann Ellington Wagner (daughter of Buford Ellington who served 1959-63 and 1967-71), Deborah Blanton Flack (daughter of Ray Blanton, 1975-79), and Drew Alexander (son of Lamar Alexander, 1979-87. Lamar also served as the U.S. Secretary of Education, 1991-93, and U.S. Senator from Tennessee, 2003-21). 

All the signature are on the title page along with the author's. 

The book is cloth hardcover and is a First Edition with the "1" in the number line. The book is in Like New condition. The DJ is in Very Good-to-Near Fine condition with just a hint of wear.
